Gave me a fair quote, and had his guys out a few days later. The gentlemen doing the work, did an awesome job. I chatted with them throughout the day, and they seemed pretty cool! Being a Full-Time Real Estate Investor, it's risky if you choose the wrong people, BUT trust me, you won't go wrong with PSI!

He was at the jobsite several times during the day and he also had a competent supervisor on-site at all times. They installed and compacted additional stone the first day and paved the second day. I was pleased with the work and personal attention.

Gave contract date he called day before date had to reschedule came did the job all done great job will call again when needed. He does what he says. Competitor called 2 days later.
